Best Raspberry Vinaigrette

I absolutely love making my own salad dressings! It's not time consuming and it can really enhance any meal, not just salad.
This recipe is a fan favorite in our house, especially with the kiddos.
We typically use this dressing with our favorite, 'Bread Salad', which I'll do another post on soon!
This will keep for up to a week in the fridge as well which is super #convenient.
Ingredients
1 clove minced garlic
2 tbsp organic raspberry jam or preserves
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried parsley
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 evoo (or avocado oil, or mix together for a blend)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
*I combine all of the ingredients into my blender bottle, and simply shake until emulsified!
*I've read recipes that use a food processor, or sometimes I add all of the ingredients, excluding the oil, into a large mixing bowl, and then slowly whisk in the oil. *but honestly the blender bottle works great and is the simplest way I've found to do it.
