Up until last year I literally had never heard of this word. Now I can rarely go a day without consuming these in some form!
Ashwagandha, Wolfberry, Alfalfa, Maitake, these are just a few of the plants/fruits that contain natural stess combatants.
I'm a very high energy person, and this effects more than just my metabolism. I have a very overactive mind some days and it needs a little help staying focused on productive thought patterns.
Having a quick way to help my mind deal with all of the stress it brings on itself has been a game changer for me. I've never wanted to take a prescription for anxiety so finding natural ways to combat this issue is always something I'm interested in learning about.
I'm also a bit of a caffeine-addict. Enter this new energy drink that contains all natural green tea and of course adaptogens!
This is my go-to for an afternoon pick-me-up before grabbing kids, doing my household chores, or carting them to after school sports.
